An Teallach -one of Scotland's most impressive mountains with an endless choice of routes.
An Teallach
An Teallach is one of Scotland's finest Munros which sits on the coast between Ullapool and Gairloch above the village of Dundonnell. It is more of a massif than a mountain, with two summits over 1050 metres and a complex system of ridges.
While An Teallach is famous for some classic scrambling it is also a walker's mountain. There are endless options to reach the summits or explore the mountain's stunning corries and buttresses.
Tackling the two Munros of An Teallach from Dundonnell is a tremendous day with views south over the challenging Corrag Bhuidhe ridge. See our mountain walking page for prices for guided walking days on An Teallach or our scrambling page if you want to tackle the pinnacle ridge.
