Torridon Munros

Liathach and Beinn Eighe

Liathach and Beinn Eighe

Liathach, Beinn Eighe and Beinn Alligin are the three big Torridon hills. All approached from the south, despite their proximity each has a unique feel. Beinn Alligin has the nearness of the Minch and the views to Skye. Beinn Eighe, so vast and alpine like with it’s acres of shattered Quartzite and a wonderful walker’s ridge. Liathach is steep and proud with huge remote corries on it’s northern flanks and the exciting scrambly ridge of the Am Fasarinen Pinnacles.
