Start of the D33 Ultra in April

go further’s Colin finished the ultra race season on Saturday running the full 41 miles of the magnificent River Ayr Way (RAW 12) trail  completing his fourth ultramarathon of the year. He finished in 11th place overall with a time of 6 hours 36 minutes.

Colin’s season qualified him for the 2012 Scottish Ultramarathon Series and he also finished the championship in 11th place overall with 1548 points. His other qualifying races were: the Speyside Way Ultra (36 miles) in August, the Highland Fling (53 miles in May) and the D33 (33 miles in April).
